Email Marketing
We used to be able to send a mass email to lots of recipients through our email client. Today this will not work as well. When email servers start to see many emails originating from the same address, they begin to think it is spam email, and begin to blacklist the originating area. To avoid this problem, use one of the many available email marketing services like Mail Chimp or Constant Contact. These services take care of all aspects of email marketing including list management, automatic send, reporting, and more. They avoid the spam issue by sending the email from multiple originations, thus reducing the chance of getting flagged as spam.
I work with these services in different ways. I can perform an initial setup for you with either of these services. I can also create a custom template for you with your company colors and logo. Or, I can perform full management and send of these services for you.
